Deleting your account
Last updated 7 August 2026
You can delete your FIGHTR account at any time, for any reason, without asking us. It is
permanent and it is not reversible — there is no grace period and no undo, so please be sure.
In the app
- Open FIGHTR and sign in.
- Tap your initial in the top right of the Arena to open your profile.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to Account and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. For your security you may be asked to sign in again first.
If you cannot sign in
Email founder@vzndesigns.io from the address on the account
with the subject Delete my account. We will verify that the request is coming
from the account owner and complete it within 30 days, usually far sooner. We
will email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your fighter profile — call sign, height, weight, stance, experience level
- Your entire training log, and the lifetime totals built from it
- XP, level, streak and every achievement earned
- Curriculum and camp progress, including any scheduled days
- Every workout you built, including anything held in the vault
What is kept, and why
-
Purchase records. Your subscription is held by Apple or Google, not by us.
Deleting your FIGHTR account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in
your app store, or you will keep being charged. We may retain a record of the transaction
where tax and accounting law requires it.
-
Anonymous product analytics. Counts of things like "a session was completed"
that carry no identifier and cannot be traced back to you. These are not personal data and
cannot be picked out for deletion.
-
Support emails. If you have written to us, that correspondence is kept for a
limited period. Ask and we will delete it too.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not stop an active
subscription, because only the app store can. Cancel in your store settings, then delete —
the support page has the steps for both platforms.
Want to keep the account but remove the data?
Settings also offers Clear activity history, which wipes your training log and
saved workouts while keeping your account, and Reset all progress, which
additionally clears XP, level, streak and badges. Both are permanent as well.
