FIGHTR

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nuvi Njinimbam, a sole proprietor doing business as VZN Designs, based in Oakland, California (“we”, “us”), covering your use of the FIGHTR app. By creating an account you accept them.

Train safely — read this part

FIGHTR is a fitness app, not a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice. Boxing training is strenuous and carries a real risk of injury.

Talk to a doctor before you start, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any heart, joint, respiratory or blood-pressure condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness or shortness of breath, and get medical help.

You train at your own risk. You are responsible for your technique, your space, your equipment and your limits. The app cannot see you and cannot tell whether a movement is safe for your body — pace yourself, and use the pause.

Your account

Free and Pro

A substantial part of FIGHTR is free forever: Block 0, blocks 1–3 of the program, three fight camps, the workout builder, three saved workouts, and everything you have already trained. Pro unlocks the remaining blocks, all camps, the Cornerman blind drills, unlimited saved workouts, heart rate and session replay.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play.

What happens if a subscription ends

Pro content locks again, and the save limit returns to three. Nothing is deleted. Your three most recent saved workouts stay available and any others are held for 30 days — resubscribe inside that window and they come back exactly as they were. After 30 days, held workouts are permanently deleted. Everything you have trained stays on your record either way.

Using the app properly

Do not:

Who owns what

The app, its training programme, its written and spoken coaching, and the FIGHTR name and design are ours and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is in good standing. The workouts you build remain yours.

Availability

We work to keep FIGHTR running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature outright, we will tell you and deal with any prepaid period fairly.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using FIGHTR and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the training content — including injury sustained while training, which the safety section above addresses directly. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the place where you live, and nothing here removes a right you cannot lawfully give up.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use FIGHTR after that means you accept the new terms.
