FIGHTR is a boxing training app operated by Nuvi Njinimbam, a sole proprietor doing business as VZN Designs, based in Oakland, California (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can do about it. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not show advertising.

Face ID, Touch ID and fingerprint unlock never leave your device. When you enable biometric sign-in, the check is performed by your phone's operating system and it tells the app only whether it succeeded. We never receive, store or transmit biometric data of any kind.
Your training records, and your heart rate if you pair a strap, describe your physical activity. We treat this as sensitive. It is used only to run and record your training inside the app. We do not use it for advertising, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not sell it — to anyone, for any purpose.
FIGHTR does not read from or write to Apple Health or Google Fit.
We use a small number of established providers. Each acts on our instructions.
FIGHTR is operated from California, and your data is processed in the United States and in other locations our providers use. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with cross-border transfer rules, your data is transferred to the United States under the safeguards those providers maintain, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a regulator: in California the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EEA your national data protection authority.
We extend the following rights to California residents. We do this whether or not the CCPA applies to a business of our size, because they are the right defaults:
To exercise a right that you cannot action in the app, email founder@vzndesigns.io. You may use an authorised agent, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
FIGHTR is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Accounts are protected by password or by your platform's sign-in, and data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to those who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will tell you in the app before any change that materially affects how your data is used.
